Being a student isn’t just about grades and deadlines- it’s about trying to figure out who you are, what matters to you, and where you’re headed… all while juggling pressure from school, family, and friends.
Whether you’re in high school or college, it can feel like everyone else has it together while you’re barely keeping up.
You’re not alone… and you don’t have to figure this out by yourself.
You Might Be Struggling With:
- Feeling anxious or overwhelmed most of the time
- Constantly overthinking or struggling to focus
- Burnout, school pressure, or fear of falling behind
- Loneliness, homesickness, or social anxiety
- Friend drama, breakups, or family conflict
- Pressure to make big decisions about your future
- Not feeling like yourself and not sure how to get back to who you were

A Note to Parents
Supporting your teen or college student through life’s transitions isn’t easy… especially when they seem withdrawn, anxious, or unsure how to express themselves.
Therapy can provide a safe, neutral space where they feel heard and supported. We welcome parent involvement as appropriate and offer consultations to answer questions about the process.
Let’s Talk.
If school, life, or the pressure to “get it right” is leaving you overwhelmed, therapy can help.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a place to start.
